General information about online shopping
Ledlife.fi products are sold by LedLife Oy, business ID 2928824-7.
The Ledlife.fi online store sells products to adult individuals and companies in Finland and the EU.
Product prices include VAT (24%). We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.

To order
As a rule, products are ordered via the online shop by adding the product to the shopping cart and paying for the contents at the online checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for any purpose other than to deliver the order or to resolve any ambiguities in it.
When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force at the time of ordering.
You can also order products by e-mail, please include the product names, quantities, name, contact details and billing address to myynti@ledlife.fi. You will receive a pre-invoice by email and after payment we will deliver your order.

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions of delivery in force for each order.
Order confirmation
After all successful orders, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The binding contract of sale enters into force when the order confirmation is sent.
The order confirmation indicates the products ordered, the price of the order and the delivery costs. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an e-mail address when placing your order.
Value added tax
Deliveries All prices shown in the www.ledlife.fi online shop include VAT at 24%.
Deliveries
Delivery time for products in stock is 1-3 business days, depending on the product.
Delivery time may be delayed if you pay by invoice or bank transfer due to transfer delays between different banks. We will deliver the ordered products when the payment is reflected in our system. If the product is out of stock at the time of ordering, we usually deliver the products within 1-4 weeks of the order. Information on any deviating delivery times will be posted on the front page of the online store.
Delivery charges
- Delivery to the post office (parcel) 5,95 EUR
- Delivery to a vending machine 5,90 EUR
- Delivery as Express package 13,00 EUR
(For this delivery method, one delivery company will deliver to your delivery address between 8am and 4pm. The Post Office does not contact the customer and if there is no one at the destination address, the parcel is transferred to a local post office for collection). - Home delivery 13,00 EUR
(In this delivery method, Posti will contact the customer and arrange a delivery time. The delivery times offered vary from 9 am to 9 pm depending on the region. A mobile phone number must be included in the order.) - Matkahuolto Bus package 7,50 EUR ( Delivery to a Matkahuolto station or to an agent point, the customer can decide from which station (350 pick-up points in total))
- Matkahuolto Delivery parcel 14,00 EUR (Parcel delivered to company address)
- Matkahuolto Home delivery 14,00 EUR (Matkahuolto will deliver the parcel to the recipient at the consumer’s address, and will notify the recipient of the incoming parcel by SMS to arrange a delivery time.)
- Matkahuolto parcel 6,50 EUR (Delivery to Matkahuolto station, agent’s point or shop parcel point all over Finland (1250 pick-up points in total))
Orders over 100€ will be delivered free of charge either as a parcel or as a bus parcel through a travel agency.
Payment methods
The following payment methods can be used in the online shop:
- via Paypal payment
- Invoicing for business customers: for business customers, invoice as PDF file by e-mail or paper invoice by letter, as agreed
- Online invoicing for businesses: for business customers who receive e-invoices
- In addition, pre-invoicing for private customers can be agreed separately: we will send the invoice as a PDF file by e-mail or as a paper invoice by letter, as agreed.
- Through PayForm, you can pay with your online banking ID, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or instalment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local cooperative banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Pivo, Jousto and Mash.
MobilePay: you can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online payments in the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the debit from the payment card fails, it is not possible to pay with a MobilePay wallet in the online shop.

Jousto: You can pay by Jousto Invoice or instalment in more than 4000 online stores in Finland. With an invoice you get 14 days payment time (invoice fee 4,90 eur) and with a hire purchase max. 12 months payment period (billing fee 4,90 EUR and monthly interest 2,42%). Mash: Mash With Mash Invoice, you get the products you ordered before payment and 45 days interest-free payment. You can also conveniently convert your invoice into an instalment if you wish. When you pay with Mash Instalment, you can choose the payment period that suits you (3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months) and you will receive the products you ordered before you pay. You can also pay the whole amount at once at any time, at no extra cost. Customers over 20 years of age living in Finland can choose Mash Invoice or Instalment as their payment method. Mash Finance Plc has the right to check the credit and address details of the customer paying by Mash Invoice or Instalment and to grant or refuse credit on the basis thereof. Mash Finance Oyj (2159120-9) is a Finnish financial services company operating since 2007.

Payment intermediary
The e-commerce payment provider is Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made through Bambora’s online service and the statement and invoice will show Bambora or Paybyway Oy as the beneficiary of the payment. Bambora forwards the payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure as all transaction information is transmitted over an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the transaction details.
A transaction is created between an e-commerce customer and an online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Billing for business customers
For business invoices, we offer e-invoices, e-mail invoices and postal invoices.
When placing an order, you can indicate your preferred billing method in the “Comments” field.
Once the order is received, the products will be posted, the invoice will be sent according to the customer’s wishes. The payment term is 14 days. The payment term may be changed by separate agreement.
If a business customer has a payment default, we may refuse to allow the customer to pay the order by invoice. In this case, we will send a pre-invoice to the customer.Thefastest way to order and pay for products is through the online shop, due to the reduced manual workload.
Online billing for businesses
We will deliver the e-invoice to the e-invoice address provided by the company.
Place your order with the delivery address of the parcel, and immediately after the order, send your company’s e-invoice address by email to info@ledlife.fi
Payment term 14 days net. The payment term may be changed by separate agreement.
If a business customer has a payment default, we may refuse to allow the customer to pay the order by invoice. In this case, we will send an invoice to the customer for the order.
Advance transfer
A customer who uses an advance transfer will receive an advance invoice to print out, which he or she can pay in the traditional way, for example at a bank or online. When using an advance transfer, the payment will appear in the merchant’s system as pending until the customer has paid according to the details on the transfer form.
Terms of exchange and return
Product exchange / return:
Exchanges and returns will be processed immediately. In most cases, once the parcel has reached us, the exchange is posted the very next day. Any refund will be paid within a few working days of the package reaching us.
Before you ship the product you want to replace, check the following:
- Prior to the return we need to contact our customer service so that the desired operation (exchange or return) is known to us and we know to wait for the product to be returned.
- The products must be in good condition again.
- Attach by recovery or e-mail the following information:
- your name, address and phone number and bank account number
- Pack your goods in original product packages and packaging in a sustainable shipping package

We do not receive returns more than 30 days after delivery. Once the refund has been approved, the money will be returned to your account or we will send another product to replace it.
Problems with transport and defective products
If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer should immediately report the error to info@ledlife.fi or 040 553 3908.
Notification of improper delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Other
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before ordering, the customer must familiarise our customers with the current delivery terms and conditions.
Ledlife.fi (LedLife Oy) treats all customer information as strictly confidential.
Ledlife.fi (LedLife Oy) undertakes not to disclose customer data to third parties, more detailed information on disclosures in the Privacy Policy.
Incidents and complaints
In the event of a problem, please contact us primarily by e-mail: info@paketit.com. Any faults or errors will be clarified and a suitable solution will be found for the customer. Consumer customers can be assisted by the Consumer Helpdesk (http://www.kkv.fi/kuluttajaneuvonta) in the event of a problem and, ultimately, the matter can be referred to the Consumer Disputes Board (http://www.kuluttajariita.fi).
